RiverView’s Strategic Location
RiverView is located just 20 minutes from downtown San Diego, 15 minutes from the UTC area and 10 minutes from Kearny Mesa. Its location off SR 52, which provides access to I-15 and I-805, and SR 125, links Santee-based companies west to La Jolla and Del Mar and south to San Diego. The strategic east San Diego County location creates a reverse commute opportunity, thus alleviating traffic issues for businesses.

SR-125 now links Santee directly to Interstate 8, and with the completion of SR-52 to SR- 67 by 2008, Santee will become the new business, entertainment and shopping hub of East County. The "freeway crossroads" of SR-52 and SR-125 in Santee will also create significant opportunities for economic development. In particular, it will provide for new industrial corridors along Mission Gorge Road and along the SR-52 segment between SR-125 and SR-67.
